Do you know what's so special about floating in water? I didn’t have any answer a year back. Back then, I was afraid of going deep inside the water. Instead, stayed where my feet could touch the ground whenever when to the beach. Luckily, I was tall, so I could go a bit deeper than most, but my feet always stayed firmly planted.

But everything changed when a friend taught me how to float. It was challenging. Saltwater irritated my nose, and I struggled to keep my legs up. Yet, I kept going and learned to float. That's when the magic happened.

I could let go, relax, and drift on the water's surface. My feet no longer touched the ground, but now, it didn't bother me. I would stretch my arms and legs, close my eyes, and surrender to the gentle embrace of the waves.

Now back to the original question about what’s so special about floating? Well, there's something truly graceful and magical about just laying afloat on the water. It's a feeling of freedom and peace which I never knew before. I felt like a small baby being cradled by the mighty sea, carried by its waves.

So, if you're like the old me and haven't given floating a try, I encourage you to take that first step. You might discover a whole new world of serenity right at the water's surface, just waiting to cradle you in its embrace.
