So there I was, standing in front of a charming house, which was nothing short of a house in paradise. On the front, you had the view of the entire ghats, and on the back, you'd have a calm river flowing. The house had a lovely garden with a bunch of pleasantly smelling flowers, which spread their refreshing aroma throughout the whole house. Just across the garden, there was a playground covered in lush grass and equipped with a pair of big swings - the kind that kids and adults can swing on, and also the kind where a couple can sit, enjoy chai, and admire the view of the ghats. This playground and the house were surrounded by a fence of tall trees like coconut, banyan, and neem on 3 sides.

The house itself was not like a mansion with dozens of bedrooms. It was small yet sweet, with just a couple of bedrooms, one vast hall, a big kitchen, a gaming room with table tennis and carrom, and finally, a workshop with power tools.

I asked the owner how much it would cost to buy this house. I admit, I was tempted to buy it from him. It would be my dream house.
